This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, being close to shops, cafes, and the city center. I especially enjoyed the convenience of having good eating places on Lygon Street within walking distance. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, including kitchen facilities, were a bonus for those who wish to cook a meal. a comfortable stay.
No negative aspects to mention, everything was okay.

Great staff nothing was too much trouble and always willing to help. Great Location (Just down from Lygon st!!!) It was quiet and warm in the room. Good undercover parking and we liked the remote key and the texted information...great idea! Good security.
The room was clean and tidy but it really needs a face lift. It was looking a bit tired guys. Some curtains were torn. Tart the place up tastefully and you'll have a winner there!!!

Location -- within walking distance of good food.
I thought it strange that there were no reception staff at all. I found the TV system with four remotes awkward. You need to have a paper there explaining how to operate the system if you have four remotes.

I had a positive experience with the helpful and friendly staff. Reasonable price. Convenient location with train access. Comfy bed. Large shower head.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Apartments are well set up. Communication by text code was a great idea. Great location and clean and easy to live in. The price is right and the location great.
Carpet a bit tacky! Needs new carpet.

No reception no access to the building on arrival having to find a public telephone to ring the contact number on the door. Access codes could have been sent to me via e-mail

Great location and clean rooms!
The hotel was situated near cafes and restaurants, making it easy to grab a bite. , the rooms were clean and tidy. One great thing was the secure parking offered by the hotel.
Poor customer service and old decor.

It is well situated close to exciting Lygon Street. My first impressions from the outside were not great but I was pleasantly surprised by the size and the relative comfort of the unit.
I was unable to get the TV started and could not contact the manager to get help. However the person in the unit next door was kind enough to help me.

We liked the apartment location and it was clean and had parking on-site and accomodated four persons. Two were on a fold out bed. Very expensive though at nearly 200 a night. I think perhaps around 120 would be the correct fee for the age of the apartment and budget furnishing etc., but in melbourne everywhere for family is.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the action, with plenty of shops and eateries nearby. The city is just a 40-minute walk away, but if you don't feel like walking, there's a train station just across the road or a tram station nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms on the first floor were equipped with kitchen facilities, allowing me to cook a meal if I wanted to. Additionally, breakfast was available, ensuring I started my day off right.
All was acceptable, no improvements needed.

Only stayed in the apartment for a short time..was mainly a bed for the night for my wife and I. Didn't see the apartment manager, only spoke to him via phone to get details on how to get into apartment, we were not aware there was no front desk to speak to someone in person. Otherwise the apartment was clean and tidy and would stay again. Was a good location and handy for most of the things we needed to do during our short stay.
would have been so much easier if we had of been told on how we were meant to have accessed the apartment prior to arriving. If we were to stay indoors for a lengthy time a newer and larger television would be better..the TV was so small and old. The pillows were so bad to sleep on they were like pancakes, need to invest in more substantial pillows..makes sense of why wife take her own pillow.

Proximity to Melbourne Uni
Noisy, but that was probably due to the road works on Elgin St which had large metal slabs across the road.
